  1. So, my whole spine is pretty much a mess. My neck hurts just from sleeping on a pillow, so I have no idea how to do crunches. My PT also told me they're not the best exercise. My legs pop in my hips when I do flutter kicks. Any advice, or am I just screwed? Lol

  2. I have a hurt knee so I dont think any of the ones in the push up position are okay for me to do, as they put weight on my knee and I dont eant to injure it further, any suggestions on a substitute exercises to do while the video is saying to fo the ones in the push up position?
