  2. I will do this for 10 days and update here. Sorry if i forget to update sometimes. I did the 1 and second day already

    Soo day 1 just finished, it was hard i couldn't do the whole thing without breaks. No improvement obviously

    Day two, little bit easier, still couldn't do the whole thing, will try harder tommorow. No visible results but i feel awesome and i sweat a lot, especially my neck area

    Day 3 is over. I needed to give myself breaks through flutter kicks and spider plank. I didn't do the last exercise bc i was dead from my arm day yesterday. No visible changes yet… Just a lot of sweat

    Day 4…i did everything without break till hip twist and that was the point where i couldn't go on. Will try harder next time! No soreness in the morning so i will do 2 abs workouts a day.

    Today is my day 6 but probably nobody is reading so i will stop updaiting

  3. No need to write intense in description as all of your workouts are fuckin killer intense workouts. You just make it too easy to watch with ur cool looks. I tried couple of your workouts and exhausted as fuck. Abs are still aching though

  4. A few months ago i could do this no problem. But then i got lazy and stopped working out. I also ate a ton of junk food. I decided to try this again and i was struggling so hard lol
