  1. I curse you about ten different times during this workout lol. I use it as a finisher to your 30 min resistance band workout. I'm smoked at the end, but I feel great when it's over. Thanks for making these so positive and accessible. I've dropped 70+ pounds in the last 18 months using just three or four of your workouts every other day, and an overhauled diet. Thanks, you two. I'm truly grateful.

  2. Love your workouts!! Itโ€™s usually hard for me to stay consistent because i easily get bored of the workouts but thnx to you guys thatโ€™s not a problem anymore. I workout for at least 4 days in a week and Iโ€™m starting to see positive results. I have been doing your workouts for about 3 weeks now โค๏ธ. Keep the videos coming ๐Ÿ˜

    Most definitely adding you guys to my regime. Just a suggestion, I wish the timer was counting down each workout instead of showing total time so that way I know how much time I do on each workout before tapping out lol.
