hey lovelies……

i made this video after reading the book called the great indian diet written by shilpa shetty…
in this book she mentioned 3 diets one is a 1200 cal veg diet, another is a 1200 cal non veg diet
and the 3rd one is the diet she usually follows and also a diet that she followed post pregnency.

today i posted 1200 cal veg diet…i hope u guys find it useful…by following this diet u can loose upto 0.75 per week

  1. How can lemon-honey water have 0 calories? For God's sake it is honey.. And, paneer curry-chapati followed by banana for bf?? Seriously?? 😳

    .. And then again 2 chapatis worth 110 calories each, at 8.. God save the followers. 😂😂
