  3. Still training with you guys! Changed up my routine to mostly strength training and a little bit of muscle building and have added swimming. I was shocked to find out that bc of all my hasfit training, I could do all strokes and was not sore at all after first day. Coach,,,from all I've read and done over the years you are right on spot with training. So thankful I found you guys! See you next time!

  4. My mom challenged our family to do your 30 day ab challenge a few weeks ago. For some reason, my wife and I agreed 😉 This is by far my favorite video so far! Three weeks ago the Russian twist killed me, and I rocked this workout all the way through! So cool to have lower abs I never had before!

    Plus all the little personal comments you two made, awesome to get to know you a little better, too fun! Thanks for these videos!

  7. Did legs for 30, chaos cardio for 30 BRUTAL, then f/u here. My biggest challenge with legs is shunting during upper quad work. Makes increasing weight a bit intimidating, bc I get the sensation to throw up if it's too much. Got to be careful. Thats ok, though, I'm just glad I got thru these 3 workouts today. Thanks to both of you, and hope you guys are doing well! See you next time.

  8. Did legs for 30, cardio chaos for 30 (Holy friggin' cow!) Then 12 min abs. I'm fried. Good news: Since I have been working out with you for past few months, have dropped cholesterol 65 points!!   10. Hey guys 😀 I really enjoy your workouts and I do them several times a week. I'm wondering how you calculate the calories burnt doing your workouts. I can see there is a tracker in the corner, but how do you estimate that number?

  11. Love your channel. I saw some good results with your beginner weights for fifteen minutes and then I just started doing this one. I alternate abs one night, basic weights the other, plus a martial arts work out. Makes me feel like superman. Thank you guys for putting this information out there for free!!!
