  1. That.. was the most intense workout ever! If you want a real challenge turn the video to 125% speed and do it! No extra breaks! Tell my uour results in the comments! I know I had so much sweat I couldn't see, and I am very light headed. Almost collapsed doing it, but caffines got me through!
