  2. Guys. It does work. Just eat healthy and get off your butts! I’ve been doing 3 sets of these ( 30 sit ups, 40 sec plank, 10 push ups , 30 crunches )and a couple more exercises plus cardio before hand. You will see results if you’re consistent! Been doing this for a month 4x a week and I’ve lost 12 lb. hope this motivates some of you 🙂
