  1. Coach! I love you and hate you at the same time! But love you more. Anyways, the side plank thing, my left arm and shoulder really shows it's weaker than my right. Gonna work more on it. The last workout, i gotta not use my momentum, but i did cheated since i wanna keep up the first time. Wow, you are actually a pretty strong lady, like Wonder Woman!
