    I’ve got to tell you how much your inspired Jane Fonda exercises have meant to me. I have hip surgery scheduled for October and a friend who had similar surgery suggested Jane Fonda exercises to get ready before and after surgery. I came across your exercises and I’ve gone from doing them once day to three times a day. They give me the confidence to know I can beat this and will come out walking. In getting ready for this surgery, I’ve lost 25 pounds and I exercise daily. It helps to have your inspired exercises and your words. You said you may have odd looks on your face as you do these but, “Don’t judge me”. That struck home and really made me think. I am 70. I move faster than most people and I’m proud of it. Now, much slower, I have to use a cane to get around. I feel judged. And, I hear you saying, “Don’t judge me.” And I can let go of the judgment. It was losing me energy anyway and now it isn’t.

  2. I have to say, out of all the exercise channels on YouTube, I always come back to your videos. Not only are the workouts great, but your positivity really encourages me to keep pushing through, and by the end I find I've got a smile on my face too. Thank you! 🙂
