Ingredients
water – 300ml
Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
Clove – 1
Pepper – 4 to 5
Ginger – 1inch
Turmeric Powder – 1tsp

Method
Heat 300ml water
Add 1clove, 1/2inch cinnamon, crush 4 to 5 pepper and add it
keep the stove in low flame
Allow this to boil for 10 minutes
switch off the stove after 10 minutes
Now add1spoon turmeric powder, 1 inch sliced ginger to it.
After it become warm, drink 150ml while going to bed at night
And another 150ml (warm it) in empty stomach morning
Drink this for one week, you will find a change

  1. Hi mam I'm parthi. Age 28…enaku belly 2 years ah iruku..ipo ponnu pakranga so nenga sonnatha kudicha kandipa kammi ahuma. How many times kudikkanum per day. Ple reply pannunga
