  1. @fitnessfreakthree Thanks! I'm glad you like the workout. Sorry about that, the MB side bends shouldn't be in there, so I just removed it from the description. That was left in there from the last workout I uploaded. So it stays a 6 exercise, 6 minute workout. Thanks for catching that!

  2. Love it, I'll add this on to my workout today… you seem to have an extra exercise that's not demonstrated or maybe I missed it… but the Med Ball Side Bends aren't shown and would make this 7minutes long, but I'm down! 🙂 TY
