  1. thx for the info a your American accent was “proper” (i think that’s what you Europeans say i’m just a disabled american from california) though out here they’d say i’m a Guatemalan American but to the rest of the world i’m just American

  2. You said 3 groups of people, 1) skinny fat 2) skinny 3) overweight. Then you talked about teenagers, and then veterans. I was disappointed that you didn’t talk about no. 2&3 which would have made your argument much more clear and logical.

  3. But then what about people like Hafthor and Big Z and other strong men that are still getting stronger. 20-30 years in… How can you hit your max strength and they just keep getting stronger? That makes no sense.

  4. I think you missed something. You can build muscule and lose fat if you a lot of fat and protein but no carbs. Because then your body will just burn fat to give you energy and replenish your glycose lvls and use protein to grow your muscule. Also your muscle grows every time they are sore and have enough protein. Because sornes is muscule dmg and when your body fixes that dmg it makes the muscle thincker so that it doesnt get dmg next time, presuming it has enough protein to do so. Also for fat ppl this is very convinient because you have a lot of energy reserves so you will not need to decompose protein to use as energy you will just use fat acids as energy.

  5. Damn I cut for about 3 months to start and now I'm bulking can I still get the newbie gainz? I wish somebody woulda said this earlier lol but do I need to be in a deficit for this or a surplus?

  6. So I want to know if I should cut I'm 23 years old been in gym for like almost a year with 34 percent body fat should I cut still cause I got a big belly and skinny arms big tights as well

  7. look you can keep gaining muscle five pounds of it in a month just as long you get enough solid foods high protein eat big four meals that helps no matter what and do not forget your whey.
