  1. Thanks man for the wonderful information on the GHEE. As you have told in your video that only 1 to2 tsp of ghee consumption is advisable,is it not advisable to use ghee for cooking and replace oil by ghee in our daily cooking?

  2. In old days new mothers used to eat good amount of ghee in their diets and they believed, their baby will sleep deep, sound and for longer period of time. This was told me by several dadies when I gave birth to my children.

  3. Hi, I have hypothroidism. I've heard ghee, butter, coconut oil, whole milk, olive oil, all are good for me. But I am already overweight and cannot take so much saturated fat. So what all should I take?
Ghee, coconut oil and toned milk instead of whole, should work fine…?
Also, I've heard ghee should be made from butter, instead of cream? It has much more Omega-3 that way?

  4. very informative and nicely made video. thanks. Are the benefits mentioned observed same for Ghee made from BUFFALO, COW (A2/A1) ? Or a particular ghee out of above is better than other ghee options?

  5. As coconut oil, Ghee is terrific and a super healthy fat, thanks for this post and the previous one who shows us how to make homemade Ghee. Ohh and I was sure that coconut oil was The One and only who could be heated up to high temperature, didn't know Ghee could be heated as much and still be good for us!
