  1. Hey Adonis!!! I liked your lazy workout explanation lol. The food you eat looked so good it was making me hungry. But for sweets, do you ever eat anything with fatty sugar or do you do natural sugar sweets like fruit smoothies. Because I've been trying to stay away from sweets so I tend to make fruit smoothies all the time, but I just wanted to know if you do the same?

  2. yay! congrats on going vegetarian! i was vegetarian for over 2 and a half years, and it became really easy for me to incorporate fruits and veggies in every meal. I cut out sugary drinks and drink water or hot tea with all my meals. I'm also super hooked on almond milk! so good! when I first started I ended up losing like 3 pounds a week. Now, I'm working out all the time and I decided to take a step more and go vegan. It's been about a month and honestly, it's a bit harder, obvs. I'm feelin myself tho! You're gonna feel so good Adonis!

  3. Love the video! I have been vegaterian for 2 weeks now and i love it I've tried so much new foods. However i feel like my family doesn't support my new lifestyle. What do you think I should do?????

  4. Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know that I've been a vegetarian for 2 years now & being a vegetarian isn't only about cutting out meat. You can't be eating greasy unhealthy snack too. Lots of fruits & veggies
