    Online calculator ke hisab se muscle gain ke liye mujhe 2900 kcal lene chahihe and carbs 55%, protein 25% and fat 20%
    But protein 25% matlab 181 gm ho raha hai. Bt aap ke hisab se e mere body ke liye jada ho jayega.
    Main bohot confuse hu, mujhe kitna protein lena hai .. aur ek cheez main week mai 5 din 1hr 15 min karke gym karta hu. Mera age 31 yr.
