  2. This is shit. I eat 9 cups of veg a day (including starchy ones), meat at 2 meals AND dessert and it clocks in around 1200 calories. Do not do this BS. Snacks are not necessary if you're eating enough in one sitting.

  3. I should eat more food… Like, everyone is complaining about how low the calories are, but I usually eat half of that( I know it's unhealthy, so I got here to get some inspiration so I can slowly higher my intake)

  4. This diet is nuts. Nobody would last more than a day eating that little. It's just not sustainable. I got 50 pounds overweight, but I came to my senses, changed what I eat, and I'm now losing pounds. Losing weight is in fact very easy, you do not need to starve. Quit eating out except for rare special occasions, do not eat any dairy products, and limit meat or eggs to a small amount to once or at most twice a week. Eat no white bread or white anything. Avoid oils as much as possible. No, olive and coconut oils are not healthy, it's all lies to keep you obese. Eat a lot of rice, sprouted whole grain bread, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Do this, and you will lose weight. No calorie counting, and you can eat till you feel satiated.

  5. You need a good meal to diet in the long term. What she presented is only good if you don't have an hard job or life. If you have to use a lot of strengh, you need strong food to maintain the energy.
